3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment can be made through Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
Prices and offers may change without notice.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of order confirmation via email or SMS.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email/SMS.
Magycian is not responsible for courier delays, weather issues, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.
5. Return & Refund Policy
At Magycian, we take great care in delivering products that meet your expectations.
However, as perfumes are personal-use items, our return policy is limited.
✅ Returns / Exchanges Accepted Only If:
The product is damaged, defective, or leaked upon delivery.
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
You provide photo or video evidence of the damage and retain the original packaging.
❌ Returns Not Accepted For:
Opened or used perfumes.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Clearance or discounted items.
💸 Refund Process:
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
🚫 Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them (if not shipped yet).
After dispatch, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted.
